I am privileged to be serving as a representative at this very humbling event on Friday, May 22, between 9 AM and 1 PM. I hope to see you at this most amazing tribute.

The Wall That Heals is a three-quarter scale (375 feet) replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. It will be accompanied by a Mobile Education center, photos of Service members, letters from home, and memorabilia.

The wall that heals honors the more than 3 million Americans who served in the US Armed Forces in the Vietnam War, and it bears the names of the 58,281 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.

Location: Lewis Central High School, 3504 Harry Langdon Blvd, Council Bluffs, IA.

Dates: this monument will be on display from Thursday, May 22 – Monday, May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day Weekend).

Hours: Open 24 hours a day, beginning with a set-up on May 21 and closing the afternoon of May 25.
