Dear Friends, Supporters, and Neighbors,

Serving and connecting with all of you during this campaign for Iowa House District 20 has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Your energy, stories, and shared dreams for our community have inspired me every single day.

Running a successful campaign requires immense physical and mental energy. Recently, I have been facing some personal health issues that require my full attention and immediate care.

Because I must prioritize my health and recovery at this time, I am stepping down from my campaign, effective immediately.

This was a deeply difficult choice. However, I know it is the right one.

Our District deserves a representative who can give 100 percent of their energy to this race. Right now, I must focus on healing so that I can continue to serve our community in other ways in the future.

I want to thank my incredible campaign team, our dedicated volunteers, and every single person who invested their time and resources into this journey. Your support has meant the world to me. 

Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and your respect for my privacy as I focus on my health.
